Jr. High Track awards have been moved to Monday, May 20th, at the Alumni Building at the track. It will be from 4:30 to 5 pm. Hotdogs, chips, and a drink will be provided. Family is invited to attend.

Tonight we celebrated the newest members of the Tri Junior High National Junior Honor Society. These 6th grade students commit to displaying their best in scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship during their junior high years. We are proud of the leaders and people these students are growing into!

It was another night of great music at THS! Our junior and senior high band students showed up and put on an excellent show this evening. There are many hours that Mrs. Yeager and her students put into preparing for this concert. Mrs. Yeager is doing a wonderful job investing in students and building this program!

The Tri Junior and Senior High School Choirs did a wonderful job showcasing their talent at tonight's Spring Concert. Our Titans are blessed to have such a dedicated teacher in Mrs. Carol Keith. She brings out the best in her students, which was on full display this evening with this amazing show!

Winner, winner, chicken dinner! It’s not every day that we get to post about a state championship. Well, today’s the day! Congratulations to the Tri High School Fine Arts Academic Team for winning an Indiana Academic Super Bowl STATE CHAMPIONSHIP today at Purdue University. This is the 7th Academic State Championship in school history. We need another sign!

Wish them luck! The Tri High School Fine Arts Team has been studying art and music from the 1980s and 1990s this year. Their hard work and dedication has led to an invitation to compete at the STATE FINALS held at Purdue University this Saturday, May 4th. May the force be with them!

Congratulations to Tri's very own, Amy Stevens, on being recognized as a 2024 Armstrong Teacher Educator Award recipient by the Indiana University School of Education. The Armstrong Teacher Educator Award is more than a “Teacher of the Year” award. In addition to recognizing educator excellence, the award provides financial support for top Indiana educators to work with current IU faculty and undergraduates in the classroom and early field experiences. Our junior high students had fun celebrating the conclusion of ILEARN testing this afternoon with some fun outdoor activities planned by Mrs. Roberts and our junior high team. Thank you to Tropical Shaved Ice and Fun Jumps Bounce House Rentals for making this afternoon a treat for our students!
Congratulations to one of Tri's finest, Caleb Steele, who was honored yesterday by the Indiana Association of School Principals as an Indiana Academic All Star. He was accompanied at the banquet by Interim Principal, Todd Lunsford, and teacher, Kayli Hanson. We are proud of you, Caleb!
