NEW Student Online Enrollment and Registration
ONLINE enrollment for new students is open. New enrollees will need to fill out the Pre-Registration Form through PowerSchool. Once the form has been submitted, South Henry Administration will approve it. Once approved, you'll receive an email with next steps to set up your parent portal with the access ID and access password. You'll then be able to complete the enrollment forms for the student.
You can do this from the comfort of your home or office. If you are unable to register from home, we will have you in the library for the process. The in-person registration at Tri will be held on July 28th from 9am-3pm and July 29th from 12-6pm .

RETURNING Students Online Enrollment and Registration
PowerSchool is the brand new SIS that South Henry is moving to this year. Due to that, all returning families will be creating their Parent Portal logins and filling out the enrollment forms.
Returning families will receive an email with their child's Access ID and Access Password. You will use this information to create your Parent Portal login using the steps below.

Once you've navigated to the Family Access Portal:
Click on Create Account
Fill out your First Name, Last Name, Email, Desired Username, and Password
Scroll the section Link Students to Account
Using the Access ID's and Access Passwords that you received via email, you may fill out this section for each child you received codes for
Note: If you have multiple students enrolled, you will receive a separate email with each of their codes
Once all codes have been filled out, you may click Enter
After login, you may navigate to the Forms tab on the left side of your screen to begin filling out enrollment forms
New High School students will also need to schedule an appointment with the Guidance Department for scheduling and paperwork. Below is a quick form for you to complete on your student to start the process. You also want to do the above Harmony Access to create an account for the new student in our system. The guidance department will contact you with an appointment date. If you have a copy of student records from their previous school, please email them so we can begin review of student records.
