Members of the South Henry School Corporation Directional Team just returned from the World of Work Summit where they were immersed with the very best career-based educational opportunities for children. As we strive to help students find their "PATH TO PURPOSE", we continue to press into new chances for students to discover their gifts and passions, create paths to gainful employment, and be exposed to careers in our community and beyond. We are elated to celebrate Bailey Parham (First Team All State) and Annabelle Searcy (Honorable Mention All State) for being named to the 2023 IBCA Academic All State Team. While their athletic accomplishments this season were impressive, this academic designation speaks loudly to their hard work, dedication to future success, and pursuit of excellence. We are proud of you, Bailey and Annabelle!

On Tuesday evening, the South Henry School Corporation Board recognized Margie Harter and Kylie Claar for their hard work and dedication to the Tri athletic program. Mr. Peggs stated, "I can't think of two individuals who put more time and effort to make athletic opportunities happen for our student athletes. Margie and Kylie put countless hours into ticket taking, bus driving, running the scorers table, and more. Words can't express my appreciation for the work that they do."
We are thankful for Mrs. Harter, Mrs. Claar, and the countless others who make awesome opportunities possible for students.

Some of our American Sign Language students had the awesome opportunity to visit the Indiana School for the Deaf today. Thank you to Mrs. Hamilton for organizing the trip and to the Indiana School for the Deaf for giving our students a wonderful learning experience. Great things are happening at South Henry!
