Tri Elementary Social Worker/Counselor- Mr. Jordan Kendall

Hello Tri Community!

Ever wonder what school counselors do?

School counselors help children by…
* Being an advocate for all students.
* Promoting positive attitudes among students toward self, family, peers, and community.
* Providing support during personal crises.
* Developing and delivering classroom guidance lessons that teach such skills as healthy decision making, resolving conflicts, and respecting others.
* Working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and the community to identify and remove barriers to learning.

“Every adult helping every child learn and grow every day!”

Please feel free to contact me at any time during the year if you have a concern or question.
