Taylor Dillon began her journey in Information Technology by working as a Desktop Support Consultant at Ball State University, assisting students, faculty, and staff with their technology needs in Higher Education. Since then, she has completed a Master of Science in Information and Communication Science and now dreams of creatively solving communication and information technology challenges in the professional world. Taylor lives in Muncie, Indiana and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets which includes a miniature dachshund named Charlie, a blue heeler named Bear, and two parakeets, named Vanilla and Camo.
